For a town built mostly after 2007, the springs we carry are standard torsion sizes that fit factory-installed openers and doors - nothing exotic, nothing pieced together from an older system that's been patched over the years. We stock the common wire gauges and lengths that cover most residential doors, plus the drums, cables, and bearing plates that sometimes go along with a spring failure rather than causing it on their own.
What we don't carry, and won't pretend to, is a part built for a door style or era we haven't seen on the job. If Lantana's mix of newer construction throws us something unusual - a heavier insulated door with a spring spec outside the common range, say - that can mean a second trip to get the exact part rather than forcing a mismatch onto the shaft. That's rare in a town this new, but it happens, and we'd rather say so than guess.
